Most women and girls know that they need to keep an eye on their own personal safety when they're out pubbing and clubbing. But did you know that by logging on to www.safetytext.com, it's possible to set up a delayed text message from your mobile which could raise the alarm if something happens to you? The message is confidential, and you can cancel it when you're safely home. The website includes a video of how to set up a safety text.
